POTENSI PELANGGARAN ETIK PADA PEMILU PARALEL 2024
Abstrak
Pemilu Paralel 2024 adalah sebuah proses pemilihan yang menggabungkan tahapan pemilu serentak model “borongan” atau lima kotak dengan Pemilukada Serentak di sejumlah provinsi dan/atau kabupaten kota. Tahapan yang berhimpit bisa menyebabkan beban kerja penyelenggara dan kelelahan prosedural dalam pemilu yang bisa berdampak pada meningkatnya kasus-kasus laporan pelanggaran etik oleh penyelenggara pada Pemilu Paralel 2024 mendatang. Potensi itu bisa mengalami peningkatan sebagai dampak dari banyak faktor, khususnya kesiapan manajerial penyelenggara pemilu untuk menyelenggaran Pemilu Paralel 2024 sebagai model pemilu yang belum ada padananannya di negara lain. Pola pelanggaran etik yang terjadi pada tahapan pemilu berlangung maupun pada saat non-tahapan pemilu
sebagaimana kasus-kasus yang selama ini terjadi, bisa sangat mungkin terulang
kembali. Artikel ini difokuskan untuk membahas potensi pelanggaran etik apa saja
yang mungkin bisa terjadi pada Pemilu Paralel 2024.
