Modifikasi Sistem Hukum Pemilu Dalam Mewujudkan Pemilu Yang Berintegritas

Abstrak

Tulisan ini menjelaskan bahwa Pemilihan umum (pemilu) merupakan upaya untuk melakukan suksesi kepemimpinan secara damai.  Pemilu di Indonesa telah dilaksanakan sebanyak  12 kali dan selalu tidak dapat dilepaskan dari berbagai macam pelanggaran pemilu baik yang dilakukan oleh peserta pemilu, masyarakat pemilih hingga pada penyelenggara pemilu. Maka modifikasi sistem hukum pemilu harus dilakukan untuk mewujudkan pemilu yang berintegritas. Dan itu semua harus dimulai dari perubahan UU No.2 Tahun 2011 tentang partai politik. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian doktrinal bersifat preskeptif yang mengacu kepada peraturan perundang-undangan dengan menggunakan bahan hukum primer dan sekunder.
