PEMILU BERINTEGRITAS SEBAGAI PILAR PENGUATAN PERADABAN DEMOKRASI: REFLEKSI DAN TANTANGAN DALAM KONTEKS INDONESIA

Integritas pemilu merupakan pilar fundamental bagi penguatan demokrasi, khususnya dalam konteks Indonesia yang menghadapi kompleksitas politik elektoral. Studi ini menganalisis refleksi dan tantangan yang muncul dalam pemilu di Indonesia melalui tiga dimensi utama: politik uang dan transparan- si dana kampanye, disinformasi digital dan polarisasi politik, serta kapasitas kelembagaan penyelenggara dan penegak hukum pemilu. Studi ini meng- gunakan metode kualitatif dengan analisis dokumen dengan menjadikan laporan lembaga pemantau, berita daring, dan literatur akademik sebagai unit analisis melalui analisis isi tematik. Hasil studi ini menunjukkan praktik politik uang masih sering terjadi, pelaporan dana kampanye belum transpar- an, dan disinformasi digital memperkuat polarisasi politik. Selain itu, kap- asitas institusi penyelenggara dan penegak hukum terbatas akibat sumber daya, regulasi kompleks, dan intervensi politik. Studi ini merekomendasikan perlunya strategi komprehensif mencakup transparansi pendanaan poli- tik, literasi digital, regulasi platform, serta penguatan kapasitas dan inde- pendensi lembaga pemilu untuk demokrasi yang sehat dan berkelanjutan.
