The Modification of Election Law System in Realizing An Election with Integrity
Abstract
This article explains that elections are an attempt to peacefullly succession in leadership. Elections in Indonesia have been held twelve times and it can not be separated from various electoral violatious conducted by election participants,the voting community and the election organizers. Hence, the modification of the electoral law system must be carried out the realize elections with integrity. And all must be started from the amandement to UU No.2 of 2011 concerning political parties. This research is a perspective doctrinal research that refers to legislation using primary and secondary law materials.
